One small next step
What is a focus timer?
A short, optional stretch of time for one task. It is a starting aid, not a deadline or score. Pause or stop whenever you need.
Choose one task. Break it into a first step that takes a few minutes.
Starting small is enough. Pausing is allowed.
A steady rhythm
What are routine anchors?
An anchor is a familiar part of your day, such as breakfast or a wind-down time. It can make the rest of the day easier to organize. These notes do not predict or diagnose mood episodes.
Notice your own patterns without scores or episode predictions.
If changes in sleep, energy, or mood concern you, consider checking in with your clinician or a trusted person.
Grounding: come back to the present
Grounding means gently bringing your attention to what is around you right now, often through your senses. It may help when you feel anxious or overwhelmed. You don’t have to do it if it feels uncomfortable.
At your own pace, notice:
- 5 things you can see
- 4 things you can feel
- 3 things you can hear
- 2 things you can smell
- 1 thing you can taste
You can skip any step or simply rest here.
A little room for worry
For anxious or overwhelmed moments: name one thing you can influence now and one thing you can leave for later.
This note stays in this tab and is not saved. You can also use the grounding tool if it feels helpful.
Low-energy mode
For depression or low-energy days, make the next step smaller. There is no minimum you need to achieve.
Rest is an option, too.
A sensory breather
For sensory overload or overstimulation, choose what feels gentler to you.
You might prefer a quieter space, less light, or a pause from the screen. Skip any suggestion that doesn’t fit.
🌷 Your space, your pace
These entries stay private to your account, even when you join a group.
A gentle place to start
Choose one small next step. Leave room for rest. No streaks, scores, or pressure to catch up.
Tracking supports your own routines; it does not diagnose mood episodes. Period logs do not predict ovulation or safe days. Birth control reminders do not provide missed-dose advice; follow your medication instructions or ask a pharmacist or clinician.
Meet your little companion
A soft place to land. Your companion is always okay when you return.
Tap your companion to pet them. Drag a snack onto them, or tap a snack to feed them.
Optional game stats. Turning these off hides them and removes care pressure. Your companion is always safe.
